I drew these desert-inspired landscapes onto sterling silver and carefully cut them out with my jewelers saw. Each pair features a high-grade cut of turquoise - the light blue pair are Golden Hill turquoise and the green pair are Sonoran Gold turquoise. Both hang from sterling silver posts that are soldered at the top of each setting, meaning these will hang below your ear lobe. A patina was added to darken the metal and then carefully buffed away to highlight the sections I wanted to shine.
The Golden Hill turquoise studs (light blue) are just over one inch long and the Sonoran Gold turquoise studs (green) are just under an inch.

Each piece of jewelry I make is made entirely by me in my home studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. I use traditional metalsmithing techniques meaning I cut, saw, solder, file, form + polish everything by hand (and torch!) While I may continuously bring certain styles back no two stones are ever identical so your piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
