FAQ's + Policies


I typically ship within 3-5 business days but aim towards getting your purchase out as soon as possible. Once your order is at the post office it is in their hands to determine how quickly your package is received.

I offer insurance on packages for an additional fee, please reach out to me directly at earthlyaestheticsjewelry@gmail.com and I will invoice you for the insurance separately as the amount changes depending on how much the order is. For orders over $250 I insure for free. 

At the moment I do not do international shipping.


Before you inquire about a custom piece please take a look at my website + Instagram for some ideas of styles I could do for you. I am always happy to revisit designs or incorporate different elements from several pieces. Please note that I will not recreate someone else's designs. Unless otherwise discussed, once we decide on your design I will request the full amount of the piece down as a deposit before I begin on your piece. Once your invoice is paid I will begin your piece in the order it's received.

Note 9/2023: I am currently only taking limited custom work as I ease into full-time mamahood. Turnaround time is typically around 4 weeks and I cannot accommodate all custom work at this time. I hope to open more custom spots in early 2024. Thank you for understanding!

I know shopping online for jewelry can be difficult and I want everyone who buys jewelry from me to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days after it’s received via mail or in person at an art show I am happy to find a solution that works best for you. Returns or exchanges may only be made within this time frame. Exchanges are only valid on ready-to-ship items currently in my online store (in other words, cannot be put towards a custom piece.)

Returns on rings will be evaluated by each situation and I reserve the right to deny a return based on wrong sizing. I cannot do resizing on any rings with stones as this increases the possibility of cracking the stone, so I strongly urge you to know what your ring size is before ordering online. You can visit your local jeweler to get properly sized or you can follow this DIY guide to get an approximate size at home! Or I can send you a free ring sizer, just send me an e-mail at earthlyaestheticsjewelry@gmail.com with your shipping information and I'll send one over!

Buyer is responsible for shipping back to me in original or equivalent packaging and must be shipped with a tracking number. Once the piece you're returning is back in my possession and not damaged in any way I will refund the full amount minus the original shipping + handling fees, typically $5.50.


Jewelry Care

Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. Brass tarnishes very easily. I actually love the way the oxidation looks on my tree rings but I understand that's not the look for everyone. Aside from storing your jewelry properly (airtight bags will help slow down tarnish) you can bring the shine back to life easily with a polishing cloth like Sunshine cloths or polish with grade #0 steel wool. Steel wool is my preferred method of polishing (especially for brass) as it leaves a nice brushed finish so you won't need to polish as often. Be mindful of where you're polishing as I intentionally patina/darken areas of my jewelry so avoid polishing those areas. 

Please take off your jewelry when swimming, showering, working out, washing your hands, etc as a) this could alter your patina and b) damage any porous stones I use, like turquoise, opals or dinosaur bone.
