FAQ's + Policies


I typically ship within 3-5 business days but aim towards getting your purchase out as soon as possible. Unless otherwise requested I will ship your order USPS with tracking. Once your order is at the post office it is in their hands to determine how quickly your package is received.

At the moment I do not do international shipping.

Customs are such a great way to buy a piece of jewelry that's truly meant for you and fits you perfectly! Before inquiring about a custom piece please take a look through my website and Instagram to get an idea of the styles I could do for you. I am always happy to revisit an old design or combine several elements from different pieces into one. 

Before I begin your custom piece I ask for 50% of the total cost as a nonrefundable deposit that can be paid via Paypal or Venmo. If there's any customization or if your piece is in a size or style I typically don't do I will ask for 100% of the total cost (nonrefundable) up front. When your piece is complete please pay your invoice within 24 hours. 

I ask for at least 2-3 weeks for custom orders to be complete and reserve the right to increase production time based on the amount of orders I have at any given time. More often than not I finish the piece well before the timeline I give but sometimes I may have multiple custom orders ahead of yours and need that time to make sure every custom is done in order of when it's received. This ensures your piece will be made properly and with care :)

I do not accept returns on custom orders. 

I know shopping online for jewelry can be difficult and I want everyone who buys jewelry from me to be 100% happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 7 days after it’s received via mail or in person at an art show I am happy to find a solution that works best for you. Returns or exchanges may only be made within this time frame. Exchanges are only valid on ready-to-ship items currently in my online store - in other words, cannot be put towards a custom piece.

Returns on rings will be evaluated by each situation and I reserve the right to deny a return based on wrong sizing. I cannot do resizing on any rings with stones as this increases the possibility of cracking the stone, so I strongly urge you to know what your ring size is before ordering online. You can visit your local jeweler to get properly sized or you can follow this DIY guide to get an approximate size at home!

No returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged in any way.

Buyer is responsible for shipping back to me in original or equivalent packaging and must be shipped with a tracking number. The packaging of your returned piece is really important to ensure it arrives safely back to me and isn't damaged or stolen in transit. Once the piece you're returning is back in my possession and not damaged in any way I will refund the full amount minus the original shipping + handling fees, typically $5.50.

Jewelry Care

While I build my jewelry to last it does need to be cared for properly to maintain its longevity, sterling silver will tarnish over time naturally. Aside from storing your jewelry properly (airtight bags will help slow down tarnish) you can bring the shine back to life easily with a polishing cloth like Sunshine cloths or polish with grade #0 steel wool. Steel wool is my preferred method of polishing as it leaves a nice brushed finish so you won't need to polish as often. Be mindful of where you're polishing as I intentionally patina/darken areas of my jewelry so avoid polishing those areas. 

Please take off your jewelry when swimming, showering, working out, washing your hands, etc as a) this could alter your patina and b) damage any porous stones I use, like turquoise, opals or dinosaur bone.
